1. Services & Scope

Vector Labz provides design, development, branding, marketing, and animation services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables are discussed and agreed upon before starting any project.

2. Payments & Refund Policy

• All payments are final and non-refundable once the project has commenced.
• Due to the nature of digital services, once work has begun, the client acknowledges and agrees that no chargebacks, payment disputes, or refunds will be permitted.
• Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in project delays or additional charges.

3. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

• By purchasing services from Vector Labz, the client waives the right to file chargebacks or payment disputes with their bank or payment provider.
• If a dispute is raised, Vector Labz reserves the right to use all project records, client communication, and delivery proofs to contest the chargeback.
• Any client attempting to reverse a legitimate payment via chargeback will be liable for legal action and additional recovery costs.

4. Delivery & Revisions

• The client is responsible for providing all required information, feedback, and approvals within the agreed timeline.
• Any delay in feedback or response from the client may result in an extension of the project timeline.
• Revisions are offered as per the contract. Any additional changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges and time.

5. Cancellation Policy

• If a client wishes to cancel a project before work has started, they may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees.
• If work has already begun, no refunds will be issued, regardless of project completion status.
• Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email 15 days before the project commencement.

6. Liability & Warranties

• Vector Labz is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
• While we strive to meet all project goals, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, sales, or traffic increases.

7. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final project deliverables.
• Vector Labz reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.
